We just added the UUID v7 Generator. The original UUID generator only produced fully random v4 values — the new v7 encodes the creation time up front, so values sort in the order they were made. That makes v7 a better fit than v4 anywhere sorting and indexing matter, like a database primary key.
It has the exact same design and features as the existing UUID generator: the count stepper with 1/10/50/100/500/1000 quick-pick chips, 20-per-page pagination, copy all / copy as JSON, and the Enter / Ctrl+C shortcuts.
To go with it, we renamed the original tool to UUID v4 Generator for clarity — the URL hasn’t changed.
